Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused skincare products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns for opened items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To initiate a return, contact us at support@lubuuu.com. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@lubuuu.com.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@lubuuu.com so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like a different product, the fastest option is to return your current item and purchase the new one separately once your return is approved.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@lubuuu.com.
